Warby Parker NYC SoHo Store

Warby Parker has burst onto the scene because of their stylish and affordable glasses, but also because of its “buy a pair, and give a pair” initiative. For every eyeglass purchase Warby Parker will fund the production of a pair of glasses for the non-profit organization VisionSpring. To date they have funded 500,000 eyeglasses.

We decided to make a trip to the retail location in the SoHo district of New York City to get a closer look. The store is located in the Puck Building on the fifth floor and  likely doubles as a break room (it is located inside the a corporate office). It feels like you’re going in for a secret sample sale. The customer service was great (they use iPad minis), and if you’re wondering which glasses fit your face best, they’ll gladly assist. At $95 a pair, the glasses are quite affordable. In our opinion, the retail location experience is head and shoulders above buying glasses at Sunglasses Hut. If you like Superman or Boardwalk Empire, try their Warby Parker collections.
