DIY Ramen Burger

First it was Cronuts and now the world is obsessed with the Ramen Burger, made famous by Keizo Shimamoto at Brooklyn’s Smorgasburg. The Ramen Burger is exactly what its name suggests: a beef patty lathered in shoyu ramen sauce sandwiched between two ramen noodle “buns”. It sounds absolutely terrible, but 300 burgers sold in a span of three hours every Saturday morning can’t be wrong, right?

We’re not sure about you, but we like to sleep in on Saturday mornings, except when it’s Summer Streets, of course. Save yourself the $8 for the burger and make your own, as instructed by YouTuber “popsugartvyum”.
