Amazon Fire TV

Amazon’s entering the living room in a big way. Competing with Roku, Apple TV and Google Chromecast, Amazon’s Fire TV is a one-stop hub to all of your favorite videos including Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon Instant video and more. You’ll also get access to music streaming apps including Pandora, iHeartRadio, TuneIn, as well as tons of games.

Don’t let the simplistic black set-top box fool you. There’s plenty of power under its hood. Amazon’s Fire TV is up to three times more powerful than its competitors with a 1.7GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, dual-band Wi-Fi, and a dedicated GPU for hardware acceleration.

The included remote control is also pretty simple. In most cases you’ll only need to push the microphone button and use voice commands to search for content.
