Magic Hat Brewing Company has produced another exciting beer, the HiCü. We are a fan of this spring/summer brew that tastes distinctly of cucumber and floral flavors. The HiCü is made from pale, wheat, and caramel malts, and apollo and zeus hops are used for flavor and aroma. Cucumbers and hibiscus flowers are added during the process to produce the distinct sweet flavor profile. Critics are torn between loving and hating this beer, but this matches the craft beer DNA of pushing new styles and flavors front and center of each season. Give it a try!
