Tallgrass Brewing Company’s 8-Bit Pale Ale is just like those video games we loved as a kid: simple, yet fun and complex. Everyone has a favorite 8-bit game. We confess, ours wasand still is Super Mario Bros.

This pale ale is made from American two-row, Victory, Vienna, and Munich malts and hopped with Magnum, Centennial, Cascade, and Galaxy. The unique flavor of this beer comes from Tallgrass’ “Hop-Rocket,” which is a stainless steel vessel that continuously cycles the beer through Galaxy hops for six hours. The Galaxy hops gives the beer a tropical, and slightly melon aroma. We’ve been looking for this beer for some time, so if you find it, don’t hesitate to snap it up!
