Sony RX100 III

Sony’s RX100 cameras are the best high-end point-and-shoot cameras money can buy. Ask anyone and they’ll tell you the RX100 and RX100 II are absolutely perfect for low-light shots thanks to their 1-inch sensors. Not much has changed. You still have the compact size, 20.1-megapixel image sensor, built-in Wi-Fi/NFC and PlayMemories apps.

What’s new on the RX100 III is a revamped 24-70mm f/1.8-2.8mm lens, the addition of an OLED viewfinder that tucks into the body when not in use, a flip-up screen (for those selfies), and the powerful Bionz X processor found in the company’s a7/a7r and a6000 mirrorless cameras.

The kicker, again, is its ridiculous price: $800. The RX100 III will be available in June.
